FTC’s manufacturing process begins with the highest quality, fully traceable coil and bar material purchased with certifications showing actual chemistry and strength data. Our manufacturing process is contained and controlled in-house by our strict quality assurance program, which is certified to:

• ISO9001:2015 and
• AS9100:Rev. D

At every manufacturing step, fastener parts are randomly selected, inspected and analyzed using SPC (networked Statistical Process Control) and other advanced process monitoring techniques. This method ensures that any irregularities can be immediately identified and corrected.

Metallurgical examination takes place in full compliance with:

• The Fastener Quality Act
• MIL-I-45208
• ISO9001:2015/AS9100:Rev. D 
• ANSI Z540.1
• ISO 10012-1

FTC holds 34 patented designs and for standard products, we provide our own tooling and perform all primary and secondary operations in-house.
