At Avantus Aerospace, we pride ourselves in the unrivalled service that we offer, producing in excess of 10 million parts for global customers every year.

In the aerospace industry, the quality of every part, regardless of its size, is essential. Clips may be small, but they are by no means inconsequential, performing a host of functions in the aircraft manufacturing process. In addition to playing a critical role in aircraft safety, clips assist in the smooth transportation of a range of products and facilitate streamlined processes on the production line.

State of the art manufacturing capabilities

As a world-class manufacturer of C-class components, Avantus and our partner organisations have the capability to produce clips precision formed into a host of complex geometries and shapes, from a range of metal such as stainless steel, titanium, carbon steel, aluminium, beryllium copper and Inconel, the super alloy. In some instances, non-metallic materials may be more appropriate than metals. We work with a range of non-metals, including fibreglass, phenolic, nylon and polyimide. Each clip order can be tailored to meet the client’s specific needs, as well as meeting the legislative requirements of the aerospace and defence industries.

Unrivalled customer service

At Avantus, we are incredibly proud of not only the products that we manufacture with unrivalled precision, but of the level of customer services that we and our partner organisations offer to clients of all size, across the world. We understand the aerospace manufacturing process and offer a full complement of services, from design through to quality assurance, project management and assemblies to help customers to streamline their production processes and improve efficiency via consolidated supply chains. Our manufacturing capabilities include 3, 4 and 5-axis CNC machining as well as a host of state of the art machinery, which enable us to offer repeatable, precise and streamlined production, saving time and resources for us and, hence, our customers.
